A: I sometimes get frustrated when things aren’t perfect. Recently I’ve been working on this, reminding myself that I can’t expect perfection and that I need to change my attitude.

A: I’d like to be a manager, using my knowledge of the industry to help other people find their way. That would give me a lot of satisfaction.
The interviewer wants to make sure you have ambition, but not too much. You need to have enough ambition to do well for the company, but not so much that you’re going to end up switching to another company, or maybe even starting your own.
Q: What makes you different from everyone else?
A: I have a combination of people skills and knowledge of the industry.

A: What’s the biggest problem you guys are facing right now? What attributes would a person need to fix it?
